terrible skin dryness....

hi guys

so i was sleeved on 11/18/16 my surgery date weight was 243 and as of 1/22/17 i am down to 204 (i weight myself on Sundays LoL) i feel it has been a slow process and i believe i have hit many stalls because i am eating variety and more then before but i am grateful it hasn't been a bad one, my goal weight is to hit 160???? anyways i wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing very bad dry skin, i am on my hands (see pic) i am open to any advice....post-306610-14853077423916_thumb.jpg

Yep...I experienced that. It sucked! I ended up using the lotion from the hospital they sent me home with (more like oily vaseline and hated how greasy my hands felt) but it seemed to work. I also increased my fluid intake.

I've been quite itchy myself. I'm using Shea butter & coconut oil on my body and Cetaphil on my face.

Nail polish remover is very drying.

I have slathered my hands in lotion, then covered them with cotton gloves to sleep. Worked well.
