Throw out the Scale

  • Popular Post

I stop weighing in a month ago. The results are in the new sizes I wear and the difference in my before and progression pictures. I am not at my goal yet, but eventually I will get there. I feel better and over all health is better. I thank my doctors for the surgery because I had a real hard struggle with losing weight. There has been many bad days but the good has certainly outweighed the bad. Keep pushing and believe in what you want. SW 324 CW IDK but look at the picturespost-303612-14848106202403_thumb.jpg
