    I stop weighing in a month ago. The results are in the new sizes I wear and the difference in my before and progression pictures. I am not at my goal yet, but eventually I will get there. I feel better and over all health is better. I thank my doctors for the surgery because I had a real hard struggle with losing weight. There has been many bad days but the good has certainly outweighed the bad. Keep pushing and believe in what you want.
