So between pre op diet / surgery / post op diet I've lost about 32lbs& I can't tell.. not even in my face. I can still wear the same pants.. Same shirts. Anybody else? I started out 270& now I'm 238..
Is me not drinking enough Water gonna make a difference in this? I'm trying to force myself to reach my water goals; Very hard since I was never much of a drinker anyways.. of anything.
