My surgery was Oct. 25, 2016. I am 35 years old. 5'3". Start weight on 10/25=246. Today=214ish. I say "ish" because i keep going up and down 216-214. I am SO tired all the time too. How is everyone else doing with October Surgery?!? Am I in a stall?

My nut actually had me increase my calories to 1000, so that doesn't feel way off base to me.

Still tracking food. Still at about the 1300-1400 calorie a day mark. Still not following the program 100%. I think the rebel in me can't follow directions 100%. This scares me a bit because it's what has always caused problems for me. So I am eating my Protein first and most meals / food is good for me. However, I am adding in some sweets and can't seem to get back to a place where this doesn't happen. I'm taking a DBT skills class which is really helpful regarding mindfulness and distress tolerance, etc. I'm working out and can really see changes in my 55 year old body. I LIKE it! :D Have just lost about 2.5 pounds this month. Down to 182. I don't post much but I do love reading how everyone is doing so thanks and here's a quote I found recently that I love;

Giving up on a goal because of a setback is like slashing your other 3 tires because you got a flat.

I just has my 4 month follow up and everything is great! Nothing bad to report. Looking to take a kickboxing class!

76 pounds is amazing.!!!!! Way to go.

What all have you been doing to get to where you are now? Just curious.

@dominyks_mom I make healthy food choices I eat a lot of fish get all my Protein and Water in and I do a high intensity kettle bell work out I found on you tube my fiancé was also got the sleeve in dec so myself and her work as a team

I was sleeved 10/21/16, started at 257 (I am 5'3") just reached 207. I am excited to finally be 50lbs lighter! Haven't been able to reach my protein goals at all. So I have added my shakes back in. Hopefully I can keep the weight coming off!

How's the October gang doing? My op was 28th/10/16 so 4 months out. Start weight 238lb now 181 so lost 57lb and down at least a dress size. Very happy. 34lb to go to my goal

HI everyone, it was awesome reading all the current statuses keep up the great work.
I was sleeved October 27, 2016 in Boston, Massachusetts
5'4 29 years old
S/W 244 lbs
C/W 194 lbs
Down 50 lbs
I've been @ a stall for about a month now.
I try to get 1000 calories a day since I find my body feels at its best when I do.
Water intake has been a problem since day one and still continues but working on it.
My goal is another 40-50 lbs by my 1 years anniversary.

I was sleeved October 27 at 299 pounds. Today I'm at 228.

Today I ate:
Organic light string cheese
Small handful of grapes
2oz salmon with a couple green beans and tiny slices of potato
6 chocolate covered almonds
Coffee
Another 1oz of salmon

This is a pretty typical day. I never, ever go below 60 G protein and never over (or very close) to 1000 cal.

I am down about 55 lbs. Sleeved Oct. 3. Am babysitting grandchildren so I haven't been able to weigh for a week. Anxious to see if I have gone up or down. My big question is how everyone is doing with hair loss???? Mine has been really shedding for about 3 weeks. Any cheer on when it will start filling back in??? And does it affect your eyelashes??? I swear mine are disappearing. I am going to ask this on the main site also so hopefully, someone who is farther along can give us some wisdom. Love seeing how every one is doing. Even if my hair is thinning significantly, I am so happy with my health, energy and body. Having to buy clothes now......Fitting into a medium makes me so happy.

I am absolutely loving myself now. This is the best I have felt in a really long time. Only got 42lbs to go until goal. :)

I was sleeved 10/13. High weight 260, surgery weight was 242, current weight is 168. That's a 74lb loss in just under 5 months. I'm running or doing some other form of high intensity workouts 5-6 days a week. I also follow the diet extremely closely and track every calorie I eat. I'm one of the unlucky/lucky people who dumps anytime I consume sweets or simple carbs. Ice cream, sweet cereal, bread, pasta it all makes me feel like I'm dying so I just don't touch it. I'm feeling amazing! Congratulations to everyone else on your amazing transformations!

I had my surgery on 9/12, so a little earlier.

30 year old male

I started at 285.

Surgery Weight was 230.

Currently at 165.

I'm in my first stall trying to get below 160. I still have a flabby middle, I've lost a ton of muscle mass, and my tailbone is now so prominent that it hurts to sit. But I've actually been running, if only for a few minutes at a time, on a treadmill. Never done that in my life!
