  1. @dominyks_mom I make healthy food choices I eat a lot of fish get all my Protein and Water in and I do a high intensity kettle bell work out I found on you tube my fiancé was also got the sleeve in dec so myself and her work as a team
  2. My surgery was on 10/17 my surgery weight was 257 I didn't have to do a pre op liquid diet my current weight is 178 i feel great and couldn't be happier

  11. I drink Isopure the chocolate it doesn't have that after taste like some of the other Protein drinks and two scoops has 50 grams of protein you could get it on amazon it's less expensive then GNC Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
