I had gastric bypass 12/12. Tomorrow I am able to start pureed foods. After spending hours on Pinterest I found a few recipes I'd like to make. In the almost three weeks since surgery I've had very very little Protein. My surgeons office says no shakes until I get to full foods. My body feels SO weak. Am I able to mix unflavored protein into any recipe I choose to make? Or does it need to be a liquid?
Thank you!
