7 months out

So I am just about 7 months out since my surgery. I can honestly and easily say this surgery was the absolute best decision of my life. My highest weight was 433 lbs and my surgery weight I was 396. I am now down to 230 lbs even with a total weight loss of 203 pounds. Anyone having any doubts about this surgery all I can say is do it!! I was terrified but it was the best thing I've ever donepost-291889-14822851025463_thumb.jpgpost-291889-14822851135187_thumb.jpgpost-291889-14822851238757_thumb.jpgpost-291889-14822851390807_thumb.jpgpost-291889-14822851638475_thumb.jpgpost-291889-14822851780486_thumb.jpg
