So I am just about 7 months out since my surgery. I can honestly and easily say this surgery was the absolute best decision of my life. My highest weight was 433 lbs and my surgery weight I was 396. I am now down to 230 lbs even with a total weight loss of 203 pounds. Anyone having any doubts about this surgery all I can say is do it!!     Let me ask you this how many times you go to the gym because i go once a week but i walk everyday and i dont drink no sodas or fast food and i was 335 now i am 203 in 8 months
