God. I am lost for words. I look at my reflection when ever I pass a window n I'm like "ya right". I pray to God in 7 month to a year God spare my life I reach my ultimate goal. I'm so excited to see a better me daily. Lost more inches then weight .. 55 pounds down in total I'm grateful even tho I still see an obese women at times. This pic is a 3 months difference. Hello. I'm a month post op and I was wondering who else is? My starting weight was 291 I'm now 249. My surgery was Oct 25th 2016 I'm struggling with what I should eat. Does anyone have suggestions. I do follow my binder as well but I was looking for high Protein ideas. Any one have any great recipes? Who else is 1 month post op and what's you journey like with weightless at this time?! Hi My surgery was Oct 25 16 its been a month and a few days. I'm still having a hard time eating and or getting fluids in. Nevertheless HW:291 SW:270 CW:249 I'm 5'9 I have RouxNy and I'm happy with the progress so far. The first 2 weeks were hell. But now I'm 100% myself again. I do light working out twice a day. Mostly walking or skipping. The most recent is the one that says "Today" on it. God is amazing Ms Evacute????

I have a hard time eating. I stalled last week which was week 3. The scale won't move guess I should eat more of what's in the book. Anyone else have a stall of the scale going up and down a few pounds?! I hate it[emoji20]
