God. I am lost for words. I look at my reflection when ever I pass a window n I'm like "ya right". I pray to God in 7 month to a year God spare my life I reach my ultimate goal. I'm so excited to see a better me daily. Lost more inches then weight .. 55 pounds down in total I'm grateful even tho I still see an obese women at times. This pic is a 3 months difference.

Congratulations.

Change your hair. I am natural and I used to always rock my hair or kinky curly weave. Since losing weight I have been wearing kinky straight or yaki wigs and the sleek hair looks feels sleeker and I feel like a smaller person. I have a friend that lost a lot of weight and she told me changing your hair helps a lot, so I tried it and it worked.
