I completely understand!!! Before I lost 221lbs with gastric bypass I was HOT and SWEATY all the time. I froze everyone I was around. Now I'm the complete opposite. I'm freezing all the time and I never thought I would ever say that. I just bought my first pair of long johns and I live in the south, North Carolina. I used to love the winter, now I dread it. I'm wearing clothes on top of clothes. Not a down side to losing 221lbs, just an adjustment. I don't sweat anymore. In fact it's like the whole temperature of my body changed. I loved winter because I was always so hot ALL the time, now I'm the complete opposite. I freeze all the time. I'm post op 1 year and 5 months and although my hair has stopped falling out, it's still very thin. Nothing like it was before. I miss my hair. I took Biotin but it didn't help. I'm patiently waiting for it to start thickening back up. I hope it starts soon, I had beautiful, long, curly, bright auburn hair, and now it's a dull brownish color and so short.
