4 Days Post Op

I am very excited. I walked 30 minutes this morning, and the only discomfort I am experiencing if from the largest incision. I plan to go back to work on Monday. I went to full liquids this morning. I am feeling good and my energy level goes up a bit each day.

Currently I am reaching out to all support groups as I plan to utilize these as much as possible.

Hello...I am also 4 days pre-op. Have you lost any weight yet? I was 212 at 2nd appt. Then I went down to 203 the day of surgery. I've only lost 2 lbs. since Tuesday. Am I panicking for no reason? Can anyone answer my question or give me advice?

Im also 4 days post op and down 7 lbs. i walk on treadmill 30 min a day. Don't panic, it may take a few days more for you but stay on your liquids & Protein drinks. Too early to panic.
