Consider shakes as fluids?

Do you consider your Protein shakes as fluids?

Before I returned to work 10 days post op I would get 64 oz Water in not including shakes plus my 50 grams protein.

Now that I am back to work I am finding it hard to get my fluids in.

Just wondering if that counts ?

I don't unless they are clear liquids but I think most do. Either way works. :)
