@H.150ToGo I was 12/8 I don't think you see the weight come off that fast. I've lost 70 in total (most pre-op) and no one has noticed. Lol are you still swollen? I am, that may be not helping with weight loss yet. I don't think I'm getting enough protein yet just doing my best to drink and take vitamins. So far no issues although worried about the iron I'm about to take. When I was prego it would make me throw up. Fingers crossed!! I'm realizing smarter to add protein powder in yogurt or soup will give me more for my bang but need to get unflavoured for soup. I think I got 60 think it's suppose to be 80. I also use soy milk to mix which has more protein then milk. It is hard

I think it was just the shock to myself that it looked different. I don't pay much attention to my body and was covered up through all the preop weightless and IV retention so it caught me off guard. And no most of my swelling id gone after the endless potty breaks.... iys taken a lot ot the pain away too! How did iron go for you? I take it all the time but never had a problem. Hopefully your first experience was related to the pregnancy and you can handle it now

Dec 19th! Getting super excited/nervous!

Lord, it hadn't even dawned on me that I haven't had a BM. I feel nauseous but I haven't thrown up. I feel like if I did I would feel better.

Thank you!!!

I was Blessed because I didn't get any nausea.

I also had a hernia so the recovery is a little longer. Hard with getting all the water. Trying my best.

Good luck with your recovery.
