Oh and I add one or half a scoop of chicken flavor injury to my soup to get my protein and it actually gives a lot more flavor.

I figured out a way to easily monitor my Protein intake without guessing if I am getting enough.

The cups shown above holds 2 oz of liquid so

I poured my Isopure of the day in each cup

A full bottle = 10 cups

So every hour or 30 min I drink a cup

I also am doing this with my Water.

I think this is an easy way for me to keep track so I thought I share.

You all will do great !!! I'm so excited for all of you. [emoji122]????[emoji122]????[emoji122]????[emoji119]????[emoji119]????[emoji119]????.

my surgery date is 12/16: went to preop today and they said I lost too much weight. I am a low bmi person. However I have crazy diabetes 2. They said I had to get blood sugars down to have surgery, I got them down and lost weight hence lower bmi. I started crying! They offered to change the date, asked me to gain weight in a couple of days etc. THEN my doctor came in, he said it's fine. my starting weight is what counts and I got approved with insurance based on that. Doc said you followed my diet and this is part of the program. Insurance companies really need to change especially with the comorbidity issues. I am getting surgery to help control my blood sugars. Weight loss will be a side effect. Passed EKG, urine test, blood tests and next week I get a sleeve and gallbladder removal. Also may fix my hiatal hernia and biopsy liver from any damage from my diabetes medications. All I can say is don't give up - so many hurdles and it is not over till surgery is done and I'm on my journey. For now no exercise, and Protein Shakes to maintain my weight. Thanks for listening - I'm officially cuckoo!!

HAPPY LOSING, NWA

My mom said she bought them from the dollar tree.

If none, then try WalMart or any store you buy cups for Jell-O shots
