  5. I was sleeved on 12/14/16. The only people that know are my husband and 3 kids. I don't live near the rest of my family, but I speak to them often. I've already lost 34 lbs since I last saw them, and will hopefully lose alot more before I see them again. They will be surprised! Even now I have told them that I started seeing a nutritionist and cleaned up my diet, with little to no carbs, no alcohol and no sugar, and that I've been working out. That's all they need to know. When I see them and have meals with them, all I will say is that I eat til I'm full, as long as it's clean. Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  6. I have a couple of recipes for homemade Protein bars. I used to make them all the time and they are delicious, especially the chocolate peanut butter! I will post them tomorrow! Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  7. I also have FEP BCBS. I was sleeved on December 14 2016. I, too had to have all of the requirements you mentioned. I also know someone else who was sleeved earlier in the year with the same insurance, and he also had those requirements. I really hope the peer to peer helps you out! Good luck! 11. I've been using Body Tech Pro 24..low carb, little or no sugar, low calorie and high Protein. I believe it's a Vitamin shoppe brand. Good flavors and easy on the stomach (for me). Also, I now have problems swallowing these Vitamins, so I'm using a powder vitamin that I mix into my Protein shake. Hope this helps! Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App

  14. Kickboxing is one of the best things you can do for weight loss, muscle building and strength. I've done it for a long time (before weight gain) and I loved it. I can't wait to get back to it! Sent from my SM-G920T using the BariatricPal App
  15. I had sleeve surgery on 12/14. I have been very lucky not to have nausea or much pain, other than some soreness. However, I have suffered from that sharp pain in the upper left abdomen. I still feel it now, but MUCH better. When I saw my dr. Last week, he said it's just from the trauma the body went through, that it's ok. Hang in there!
