Fun question here, I'm curious!

Once you finally reached the point where you could eat normal foods again "soft food stage" what was the first "meal" you had?

I'm coming up here on the beginning on week 6 and I will finally be able to eat something with substance yay!

One Trader Joe's turkey meatball with one TBSP of mashed potato. I was so happy.

Refried Beans with shredded jack cheese and sour cream. They were the best refried beans, heck probably the best food, I'd ever tasted!

Refried beans with a touch of greek yogurt and sprinkle of cheddar cheese. And a couple of mild jalapenos (very mushy). Sooooo good.

I have a feeling it was poached eggs. I ate so many at the beginning that I cant face them now
