I think no one is answering you because each surgeon has a slightly different plan and you should follow the plan given you. Usually in the beginning the main thing is getting enough water and protein, most people need protein shakes to meet goals the first couple of weeks.

Yeah everyone is different... I'm still on full liquids and the only thing I can really measure is the amount of protein I'm taking in because it says 20 grams on the box and I drink 2 Chocolate Premier Protein shakes a day with the other fluids...

What did everyone drink and did you measure everything?

Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

My first week was Clear Liquids with a couple of exceptions: Water, ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates, Syntrax nectar, premier Protein, ProtiDiet creamy chicken and tomato basil Soups, crystal light, crushed ice, sugar free Popsicles, etc.

My second week was full liquids so all of the above plus: GNC lean 25 shakes, Greek yogurt (light and for Greek), v8, etc.

My protein target is 100 grams and my Fluid minimum target is 64 oz. I track my food in MyFitnessPal.
