Thanks for the well wishes everyone! Well...when I woke up from the surgery it felt like I got hit by a truck. Luckily a few hours later my pain was down to a 3. My nurse said my surgery took about 1.5 hours. No hiatal hernia, no complications. It really hurts when I move but the worst part is this dry mouth. Overall I feel much better.

Hang on in there, it does get better. My first few days were rough too until around day 7. It does get easier
