@@flesteresq I am taking celebrate, and any samples that I got from my NUT....the rest are going to come from nutrition direct...$25 for all required...the B12 will be the spray

The evening is the worst time for me. What vitamins are you all taking?

I'm taking Sanatogen A-Z. Day 5 of pre-op 8lbs down and getting some energy back.

Bkskinny, are you referring to Optifast shakes?

If you are, the shakes I find are quite filling. They are full of Vitamins and minerals. They come in flavours including vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, coffee, banana, caramel to name a few. My favourite is the banana one as it tastes like banana icecream. I can't stand the optifast deserts or Soups. I'd rather starve than have those.

I'm on day 2 as well... Wicked awful headache yesterday. But it was better today I think bc i doubled my Water. I woke up and had a 8oz of water that helped immediately. I've been really nauseas today though. It's tough getting the Protein down

I only have to do 1 week diet, so I go Tuesday to the group diet class where I'll get my shakes and vitamins and they will go over everything else...then Friday I will have my last appointment with my surgeon before surgery.....

My surgery is on Oct 17th. I'll be on Optifast too. I start those on Oct 3rd. I'm terrified & excited at the same time.

@@dccarite I get migraines from artificial sweeteners, I am surprised how much artificial crap is in the pre-op Bariatric shakes and Vitamins. My headache was gone this morning...then I drank the Bariatric advantage....headache/nausea is back:( If I am still having issues by Monday...I'm going to ask dr if I can switch to premiere Protein or Optifast. Although I spent $70 on this stuff!
