  3. I grilled some chicken breast and added broth to it...very tasty... very pate- ish... also did pumpkin with cinnamon and apple pie seasoning-with a little coconut soy creamer(1g) of sugar... also did a creamy chicken soup...
  4. Just responded to your message. My incisions are starting to itch but that's about it. What have you puréed so far? I'm sure that's a hell of a lot better than liquids lol

  10. @bwyjunky79-great that you are able to take in liquids. The gas gets better-lots of walking. I stayed an extra night as well for the same reason. It's gets better! Welcome to the losers bench! Speedy recovery
  11. @@ElleJ Yes! My surgeon said that the adhesions were not as bad as the previous surgeon said...he said that he didn't know why he could not complete my sleeve. I was so depressed. I felt like a failure, and was down because of the fusions that the scar tissue caused. My surgeon was able to get most of the scar tissue out. I am tremendously grateful for him.
  12. @@siera63 I was the same way. Comfortable clothes. You will not be in the clothes that you wear there long-so it can double as your come home outfit. I opted to stay in my hospital gown-because they check my stomach often and it made it easier...
  13. @@ElleJ I too had adhesions. I prayed everyday on my pre op! You can do it! Lots of fluids!
  14. @ no waist trainers! Your focus will be on healing...you will do well. Correct! Exactly Right!
  15. @beggingtobeheathy that is why I started my sentence with no. Then I proceeded to tell her about "my" binder. Being an healthcare administrator I know the difference between the two.
