Dumping Syndrome

Hello everyone I'm new here but I was wondering what can I do to feel better faster when dumping occurs? Took me a couple times before I noticed I was either sipping or drinking too fast, but the effects make me miserable for up to 45 min sometimes.

Working hard on avoiding it happening at all, but it's when I'm out running errands that it tends to happen more because I'm rushing.

Anything I can do to make the horrible effects pass faster? Is it actually dumping syndrome or something else?

You might post in the general or RNY forum as it is a more common problem with the bypass and fairly rare with the sleeve.
