What protein shakes will everyone be using?

I am as well. I have a party on Saturday...My last big meal. Sunday I will try to eat as light as possible. I am going to use premier. What protein shakes will you be using?

I had an aborted surgery due to adhesions in 5/31...how long before the retry? Was it with same surgeon? Was it open wound as opposed to laparoscopy? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
