What did you take the hospital?

Yep I'm packing my bags.. tomorrow's the big day... Any and all suggestions of what you took or wish you'd had for your surgery. I have to be in the hospital for three days after if that matters.

I haven't had my sleeve surgery yet, but I have 2 gastric band surgeries, I brought my pillow and some comfy pajamas, I couldn't wait to get out of that hospital gown! Other than the usual toiletries(hairbrush, toothbrush), i brought a few other things(iPad, books) but didn't end up using any of them, mostly slept, sat with visitors and watched tv...lol

I brought:

Own pillow from home

Phone and charger

Toothbrush and toothpaste

Kobo

comfy PJ pants (just wore the johnny shirt on top)

hair elastic

Slippers

chapstick

That's all I ended up using, and I was in hospital for three days and three nights as well. Anything else that I needed the hospital provided (face cloths, towels, shampoo, soap, etc) I wore a baggy t shirt and sweatpants going in, and just wore the same clothes the day I went home. Good luck with your surgery!
