  1. I called my doctor and scheduled an appointment. Thanks!
  2. I had the sleeve done 3 years ago and I keep having issues with eating. I have days where I have to go throw up everything I eat minutes after I eat it. It’s so bad this time around that I can’t even sip on water. Nothing is staying down. Does anyone have this issue? What helps this?

  9. I'm not one to like attention but since my weight loss I love how people react when they see me. Just last night a friend said that I had lost half of myself. I'm doing this for me but it's nice when people notice my weight loss. Gotta keep losing!

  13. Wow! You look great. I'm 7 months out and so far so good. My biggest fear is gaining it all bad. I'm not where I want to be but I'm getting there. Finally got it thru my head that I still need to watch what I eat and work out to be successful.
  14. Nope not the easy way at all. Just a tool. You still have to put in the work! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App

  17. Now that I am working out and counting calories.....I weigh once a week to make sure I'm losing weight. Before I only did it once a month because I kept stalling and it was frustrating not seeing any weight loss. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App
  18. Even though you won't be able to eat big meals like before you still have to watch out with grazing. I count my calories to stay on track because if I wanted to I could eat all day and calories can add up. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App

  23. I look forward to taking pictures with my family. I've always hated the way I looked and felt. Now that I have lost 104 pounds I'm okay with taking pictures but not too many. I'm sure that will change as I keep loosing weight. I'm also looking forward to being more active. I did 1 5k last year and I'm signed up for 2 this year. I'm much happier and positive. I'm actually excited about life! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App

  25. I recently started going to the gym two weeks ago and I love it. For me, it was time to get physical. I feel the fat just melting away. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App
  26. My stall is similar to yours. I lose weight and then it stalls for 3 weeks. I don't worry about it too much just as long as I'm losing inches. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App
  27. Congratulations! I got sleeved May 31 and just started walking/jogging 3 weeks ago. I should have started sooner but I had a rough recovery from surgery. I'm doing my 1st 5k in 2 weeks. So nervous and excited at the same time. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using the BariatricPal App
