First recipe i came up with, simple but the best thing I've eaten so far. Just toast spreaded with ricotta cheese 1 piece of turkey bacon cut in half and an egg with ketchup for added flavor... do you guys think the ketchup will do me any harm weight loss wise??

I could do a slice of toast at 4 weeks out, but I have not had any.

I wouldn't be able to eat a quarter of that! And no, my plan only allows me wholemeal toast, no crusts but I can't tolerate it.

The egg itself could've been a replacement for bread. Zucchini, cucumbers work as well for both sandwiches and pastas.

"A moment on the lips can be a lifetime on the hips"... Please watch the carbs! Research alternatives

for breads and Pasta.

Well Wishes!

Do we have to take the skin off zucchini? The seeds out of cucumber?

As to Ketchup, like everything else, read the label. My surgeon wants me to avoid high fructose corn syrup like the plague. Most prepared ketchups have high fructose corn syrup. I use ketchup every once in a blue moo. (I prefer salsa) so have one that doesn't have high fructose corn syrup.
