First consultation done ! (Cigna)

First appt consultation today. cigna access plus insurance required 90 day supervised visits my doctor scheduled me for all appt's at once finishing up in October , looking at a late October / early November date if all goes well excited & scared !

I did find interesting my doctor says he is strict about chewing very slow but not so much on limiting food, he says by week 3 he allows white meat.
