I remember having a sharp pain on the left side of my left breast. The PA at my surgeon's office wasn't sure what would cause that. It went away after a few days, though. Weird.

Hey I had my surgery on Thursday as well. My surgeon told me I should be up moving around every half an hour for 10-15min at a time. I had a little shoulder pain turned out to be just had. Walking around made it ease up quickly.

For the first year after surgery, I walked 30 minutes per day, every day.

I had surgery Tuesday and got home Thursday. I did a lot of walking in the hospital but it's been over 90 degrees outside at home. So I've just been getting up and walking around my house. I'm afraid I'd become easily dehydrated in the hot weather.

I do quick walks around the house all day and a long walk outside with my partner when they get home from work.

(5 days post op)

I walked around the hospital several times a day after surgery. I'm one week post op today, and I've been walking 45 minutes a day on my treadmill, split into two sessions.

I've been walking but I get tired quick and it is so hot I don't want to dehydrate. How much is enough? Im,also having pain in my left side of breast. I don't know if it is gas or just pain.

You might still have air in your belly I'm almost 3 weeks out and still have air. I started walking to the drive way and back then a block the more .up to half a mile
