I just broke out of a stall a few days ago. Was stuck at the same weight for a week and a half. I don't stress about it though. I've noticed my weight stalls (and sometimes even goes up a pound) and then whoosh - I'm down 3-5 lbs in a matter of days. I'm pretty sure it's just my body building up and then releasing Water weight.

I stay focused on what I can control by sticking to my eating plan and trying to get exercise in at least 6 days a week. I can't control what the scale reads day-to-day, but I know as long as I do my part, eventually it will keep going down.

I had my surgery April 7, 2016. I have lost 30 lbs. thus far.

Wow thanks for sharing VGS on April 27. Started 225 went down to 219 week after now June im just 212~214 wondering whats wrong...or is it just this way?

I had my surgery April 5 and last time I checked I was down 50 lbs. I don't go back to my dr. till July 19 so I am anxious to see what progress I make in the next month. I also just broke out of a stall a few days ago but I have been drinking more Water and added bicycle riding to the exercise I have been doing.

Surgery April 1, 18 weeks today. Down 39 pounds since surgery. I feel like I'm losing slowly but I was 221.7 going into surgery so I knew I would be. I'm just happy to be losing :)

Hi I had my surgery April 1st. Happy to say I'm at goal. I've lost around 60lbs but set a new goal because I'm still not the size I wanted to be (size uk) I'm fining it hard now to remember I still have to take vitimins etc. I had surgery coz I just wanted to be a normal person and stop obsessing about food diet etc. And I do feel I am that person now. Very happy. But I no I need to start looking after my self in other ways. And remember to a take my tabs and get my protien. Sounds like you are all doing well. Xx

My hair has been falling out like crazy for about the last 3 weeks to 1 month. I ended up cutting off about 6 inches because the shedding was too much. I have started using Biotin shampoo and taking a biotin supplement, but from what I understand these are slow to take effect. I am hoping this all settles down soon.
