Had Post Op appt with my Surgeon yesterday, weight was 318.0 he was very pleased with my progress, Going into Phase III Puree, in a few days. food intake, has been Un sweet applesauce, Snack Pack sugar free pudding, Premier Protein 120g per day, 70oz Water, and lots of walking!
