I was on pre-op diet for two weeks and cheated. I lost a total of 7lbs. But 5 weeks UUUUGGGGHHH! I can't imagine, how I would manage.:(

My surgery was 07/05/2016 and after that date I have been having a burning sensation in my throat. I did some research and found that, it is GERD and after awhile of having it, it could turn into CANCER. So, I contacted my surgeons office right away. They said that they will have the doctor to call me back. My question to you is, Is this true? and what information can you give me on this subject. I thought it was something minor and would later go away on its own. Can you enlighten me on any information that you can add?

I have had throat pain ever since I had surgery. I was wondering does anyone else have it and how long is it going to go on? It is a very uncomfortable feeling.

What I have learned from this procedure is that you MUST exercise to lose weight. If you are not exercising you are just going to maintain or gain.

Call your insurance company, Immediately.

Bariatric Surgery is not for everyone. Does not WORK!

Same with me little weight lost. I am starting to give up on this believing, after having Bariatric surgery you can have a major weight lost. I do not believe it. Bariatric surgery does not work for everyone.

Sorry to hear about your weight loss story. I am having terrible times with my weight lost after surgery, also. The first week post op I lost 3lbs(doing nothing, just in pain), after that nothing. In order for me to lose weight, I MUST EXERCISE continuously everyday.

Is anyone like this? If I do not exercise, I stay the same weight.
