Well I admit. I'm pretty surgery. I have any issues with my back n hip but I admit I've not ate rt the last month... Ive know I've gained 5-6 pounds. Worst is I have an appt tomorrow at the drs office... My last visit they said I might gain but I'm sure they didn't mean this.....
