Yeah I actually put everything on hold for the last couple of months leading up to the surgery but she is coming back to Georgia in September that she added a tour date so that might be my first big night out

Body by Vi has a cake batter flavored Shake powder that is actually very good and I happen to have some left over from a diet that I was on. I may treat myself to a shake of that flavor on my actual birthday..... what a great idea thanks for thinking of it

My diet starts on the 18th I just have to do low carb high Protein and then liquid 48 hours before surgery
