I am almost 1 month out and I am still not comfortable in jeans so I do not know what my pant size will be, but I will tell you that it looks like I am tiny now compared to before and I feel GREAT.   4. Today I officially hit my 1/2 way to goal weight-loss. 53lbs down 53lbs to go....that will put me in the high end of the healthy BMI range. It isn't about the scale number and it isn't about a pant size (although those are bonuses on my journey to a healthy BMI). Just thought I would share my excitement.

  18. I am 1 week post op and I weigh daily..I need to see the scale move to remind me why I did this. It also helps me stay on track (currently on liquid diet) knowing the scale is going down and quickly. Once I am at "normal" food I may go to weekly..but we will see.
