Congrats! My pre-op diet is going pretty good. I only lost 30 pounds in my 6 months. I'm drinking Protein shakes morning afternoon then eating a high protein dinner. I did have some weaknesses this week eating things I won't be able to have after surgery. How are things going for you?

I did not have to do a long pre open diet lost about 10 in the beginning during the 90 day required diet supervised by my doctor. Now that I'm a week away I have to have rhe same diet as you protein shakes twice a day and I can have one healthy meal until three days before surgery then it's an all clear liquid diet til the day. I can't believe it's do close only 6 more days to go. I haven't been that good with my diet do far but I'm going to try to be better these last couple of days.

Good luck to you! I'm so excited I do my pre admission testing the 1st. My surgery is going to be one of the 1st surgeries too.
