I am going through the same thing. I had my surgery on Mon 6/20. My stomach will even "growl" when I see food that someone else is eating. I kinda feel like I'm at the point of starving. I live in Panama City Beach. I work for the State of FL. Just hoping this won't take long. I started this journey in November 2015. Sent from my LG-H811 using the BariatricPal App With the 6 day back log you should hear something Monday or tues....you have exactly the same insurance as me! We are covered under my husband's plan through the State of Florida employees.....He's a corrections officer at a prison. The good news with being on the State insurance contrat is that Florida Blue doesn't out-source our Medical Auths....they review them in house rather than sending them off-shore like all the rest. I feel sure you'll hear something next week but give them a call. They were very helpful each time I called. Thank you so much for your reassurance! It helps a lot. When they were working on my auth a couple of weeks ago someone I know that's still there told me they currently had a 6 day back log on auths....What part of Floirida are you in?
