Surgery is in 3 days and paperwork says to remove all nail polish. I just got a new set and pedicure less than 2 weeks ago . I can and will take off my toenail polish but do I have to get my nails taken off? SLEEVED 6/21/16

Every doctor's guidelines may be different but the one I was given was at least 15g Protein and less than 5g of sugar per serving. SLEEVED 6/21/16

And I'm so hungry . I have to do a 14 day liquid diet. The last day is Clear liquids only. How do y'all do this? I know some people are allowed actual solids on their pre op diet but my Dr's are real strict. I'm not a big sweets person either so these Protein shakes are getting old fast.
