Hi Kim,

Nice to meet you and can't wait to hear more about you! Who did your surgery? Have a good holiday tomorrow and keep in touch, Teresa

Hi Kim E! You're a brave woman, getting banded three days before Thanksgiving. Now THAT'S commitment! :)

Have a wonderful holiday and we look forward to getting to know you better. Cheers! :D

Hi Kim! Congratulations on getting your band! Hope you are feeling as good as can be expected. How much weight are you hoping to lose with your band?

Welcome fellow Kim, you won't regret one day of it (at least after the first week). Congrats on your change...

Kim

A big Welcome Kim E! Congrats on being banded!

Darcy

Welcome, Kim! There are a lot of people on this board who have been banded in the last couple of weeks, so you have some fellow-travelers on your journey. Before I had the surgery, I read a lot of the old posts; they helped let me know what I was getting into, and the success stories were very encouraging.

When you get to the mushy food stage, check the food forum. People have posted some good recipes there. Good luck, and let us know how you're doing.
