10 months Post Op! (pics)

It's been a while since I've been on here and just wanted to share my progress. My starting weight was 314, I'm currently 196! I'm amazed at the difference and progress I've made! I wish anyone thinking about surgery or just beginning their journey the best! This was the best decision I've made and it has truly changed my life!

Wow amazing!! What is your workout routine like? How are your eatting habits now?

I actually do not get to work out at all but I do move a lot at work. I can pretty much eat anything at this point just in very small portions of course.

You look wonderful. No shade but I had to zoom in to see if it was the same person. You look good! I have to go to my 5th weigh in and find out what else I have to do. I can't wait to get the surgery over with and start the weight loss process. I want to start doing yoga and other exercises. It is just so hard at my current weight.
