check out the blog "The world according to eggface" - she's about 10 years post surgery and does a lot of posts where she shares a day's worth of meals. she has a lot of great "bento box" lunch ideas

I take cottage cheese, greek yogurt, low-fat cheese sticks, or leftovers from the previous night's dinner.

I love nuts but I prefer not to eat them, I feel they are too many calories for the tiny amount. But I love pretty much all veggies.

I did some searching on the forums and didn't see too much on this
I'm starting my first job since surgery and I'm trying to plan out what I can buy for lunches. I already made a bowl of tuna salad that I can portion out for a few days but I want to give myself a variety. I'm mainly looking for things I can bring with me in a cooler bag and I can neatly munch at my desk (I have a habit of working through my lunches)
I really love these, they taste really good, have a good amount of Protein, and are a perfect size. But kind of expensive
