Oh yes, just be careful it isn't too tight at first. I highly recommend it. That was the only way I could make it through the day at work for several weeks after surgery. Also really helped getting up

There's no way I could have tolerated wearing a binder postop. I could barely wear a loose fitting bra and underwear. Irritated my little incisions.

Are we allowed to wrap our tummy's after surgery? I always used a binder after my pregnancies... it helped everything calm back down, and settle nicely. Not certain if we can after VSG with all the incisions????
