I tried milk of magnesia and it helped within hours.

  • I take two tablespoons of ground flaxseed at night with 8-10 oz Water (at first I started with 4oz water). It was approved by my doctor at my 8 weeks post op. That made a big difference no problems go

Did you drink a lot of water with the Miralax?

When did you had your surgery?

I take two tablespoons of ground flaxseed at night with 8-10 oz Water (at first I started with 4oz water). It was approved by my doctor at my 8 weeks post op. That made a big difference no problems going to the bathroom at all.

I used to take it in the morning but know I changed it to the night which works better for me.

I had to use a suppository, it helps within an hour.
