Tenncare United Healthcare Insurance

I have Tenncare United Healthcare. I have just completed a 6 month physician monitored diet. I have already turned in all other requirements my surgeon. My surgeons office said to allow them 10 days to get my paperwork in my chart. I'm just wondering has anyone else with a bmi of 39 with high blood pressure, sleep apnea and GERD gotten approved with united health care tenncare insurance and how long did it take to hear from them once all paperwork was submitted?
