EXERCISE CHALLENGE ROUND 2!

  • Popular Post

Hey everyone! Since a lot of people seemed to get good use out of the exercise challenge we are going to do it again. This one will run from here till 3/1/16! I don't have access to a google spreadsheet but luckily we had a poster make one last round so if anyone has access it would be greatly appreciated! Here is the outline:

Let everyone know your weekly exercise goal (how many hours)

Optional: Give your starting weight and goal weight for 3/1/16

Post weekly (Every Monday) if you were able to make your weekly goal and optional weight.

My goal is 3 hours of exercise per week (so far I have 1 hr 15 mins) and my starting weight is 210.4. My goal weight for 3/1/16 is 195.

Hope everyone gets good use out of this challenge, we are all here to cheer each other on!

So far this week I've almost made my goal of 5 hours but today I went out shopping and I bought TWO PAIRS OF SIZE 14 JEANS!!!!!!! When I got my surgery I was a 24 so this was a BIG accomplishment! Just felt like sharing it!

That is AWESOME news!!!! Congrats!!! Very proud of you!!

I got in 5.5 hours of exercise this week. Really enjoyed hiking both yesterday and today.

I got in around my goal of 5 hours this week. Still struggling with my stall between 206-209 however was thrilled to fit into a new size 14 pair of jeans! So I'd consider this week to be good, still think I'm losing inches. Also bought myself a new Pilates DVD to use in my spare time at home along with my stationary bike- we'll see how it is! Congrats to everyone for doing so well!

Congrats on your effort! Good job and keep it up!

Hey @@Rebeccaabrooks86

How is it going this week? I have upped my workout times but missed a day so I only got in 3.75 hours this week.

I am just curious how many of us are still doing this challenge? I like having the accountability of needing to report my workouts each week, but I get that it might not be the biggest motivation for everyone.

I think about 5 people are still reporting each week. I like the motivation too. I wish we had a spreadsheet but I don't have access to the Google docs. But I hope you keep up the good work. I'm happy that everyone finds it to be motivational and supportive.

I'm still in... though i didn't quite meet my 4 hour goal. Got in 3 hours :( At the same time, I did come out of my stall and weighed in at 300.8 this am. Almost 101 lb loss since orientation - first week of August.

Awesome you're almost below 300!!! Keep it up!!! That's amazing, good job!!!

Stuck at 178.1 this week. But did get 4 hours of exercise. Yeah

Great Job on getting in 4 hours!!! I just joined a walking club in my town and signed up for a bootcamp class starting Friday. Unfortunately I keep going between 206-209. I'm thinking some of its muscle though because I've been really sticking to my exercise and diet. But it stinks to see the scale not move!
