3 month check up

  • Popular Post

Today I had my three month check up, I started this journey at 260, today I am at 200. I am so excited and feeling awesome but can't wait for onederland to happen. Dr said I was doing great and I go back in December and I have to get my blood draw 2 weeks before appt. but I gave blood yesterday and my iron level was 14.5 they said that was great. So I am not worried about the rest of the blood count. I will be posting that next post soon!!!! Can't wait to be in the 100's!!! Celebrating can't come soon enough!!

Congratulations! Looks like you and I are on a similar pace. BTW, I'm also a grandma, but of 5. ;o)

I started at 275, and yesterday was my 3 month mark. I've lost 64, including my pre-surgery requirement. I'm 11 pounds from onederland, and I am excited to be so close!

Congrats! I don't even remember when I was last in Onederland. You will get there, and I hope to join you soon!

Congratulations!!!
