Edamame pasta

Has anyone tried the edamame pasta from Costco ... 24 grams of protein per 2 oz serving? The only ingredients are edamame and water.

I'm excited. Is it frozen or dried?

I have. It's okay, but kind of heavy in my stomach. It's very thin and fragile so be careful taking it out of the package. It didn't agree with me, but I'm not sure if it was the pasta or the sauce (I have trouble with ground beef) that did it.

What kind of sauce did you use?

I absolutely love this pasta. Unfortunately my surgeon had me cut my carbs back tremendously due to a stall in my weight loss. So I can't have any for a while. When I made it, I added pesto and sautéed shrimp.

I bought this, and had a tiny taste when my husband had it. Not bad at all!!! I like spaghetti squash, but it's just not the same as chewing Pasta. I'm looking forward to having this in my later stages to get my pasta fix on occasion. Edamame is super good for you!

I bought it from whole foods. I liked it.

I want this, but I'm suppose to avoid soy because of my thyroid issues.

I get to start veggies next week, and am so excited to add a small portion of these to my meal. I assume I get to count them as a veggie, since the only two ingredients are edamame and Water.
