More water! I didn't drink enough and ended in hospital dehydrated.

Did you feel like that? Hot all over and lightheaded?

Yes, and it progressed to where I couldn't stand up without fainting.

Mine was blood pressure meds. I had to cut back on my dosage. Make sure you're staying hydrated, but I'd also bring this up to your Doctor.

This just happened to me in Friday as well I tried not to think about but I couldn't figure out what caused it..

I called dr and they said sounded le dehydration or blood pressure dropped. I am not on any meds for blood pressure and never have been

Don't disregard your symptoms. One night several weeks post-op I was sick with vomiting and diarrhea. I got so washed out that I passed out and hit my head on the tub. When I tried to get up. I passed out a second time and hit my head on the tub again. I ended up with an over-nighter in the ER, on IV fluids. About a year ago, a fellow on the forum passed out and hit his face on the coffee, breaking his jaw and losing a couple of teeth.

I think fluids is the first thing we tend to look to when we don't feel right, and for a good reason. I hope you get to feeling better.

That happens to me but with water and my protein shake I come back to feeling better and also at gnc I got non flavored isopure and it's a double wannnie I drink my fluids and water at same time know and I stay hydrated and fell amazing but I know that feeling your going thru !

This happened to me today. I'm 4 days post-op. I was laying back against cushions and felt my heart start to pound really hard in my chest. I sat upright and suddenly the world went all but black, and then it cleared up before I lost consciousness. Super scary. I've been doing great on fluids so not sure what this was. I check my BP every morning and it's within normal limits. I know that if this happens again I'm calling my surgeon's office.
