I wanna know how everything went for someone that's my age with gastric bypass. Anyone I know that's done it has been mid 30s and older!

I'm holding on to my 20s! I'm 29 and 30 seems to close for comfort! I'm in San Francisco and should be having gastric bypass within the next month or so.

That sounds like an awesome idea! I should be having surgery soon and it would be fantastic to share problems, ideas, and post op life with people my age.

I'm from Virginia too! 40 miles south of Richmond. I'm 30 but only just. I'm right in the middle of my insurance six month wait so I'm looking at December or January for surgery (What a lovely present. Major life changing surgery.)
