  1. Kyahjade, yes that would be awesome I'm looking for people closer to my age just so I know a little bit more of how it might effect me!

  3. Well congrats to you that have had surgery and to those that are waiting on approval mine is in October I have five more appointments left! Yikes getting close. I'm so nervous and scared and everything in between!
  4. I wanna know how everything went for someone that's my age with gastric bypass. Anyone I know that's done it has been mid 30s and older!
  5. As I said before I'm new at all this so I was curious to see who would do it again and why. Do people treat you diffrent as an individual now than before? Do you have more self esteem? Etc. thank you to all who comment.
  6. Thanks you for the advice! And congratulations on the weight loss. I'm very nervous. I've never had surgery but I know I need to change my life for the better I'm 5'9 and 380lbs luckily with no health problems now but I wanna fix it before it's to late. Looking back I never thought I would have let my self go like that but it's my own fault. Thank you for the encouraging words.
  7. So I've been thinking about gastric bypass for about a year in 22 why not do it while I'm young! I know a few people that have done it and have done amazing, but me on the other hand am so nervous which I'm sure it's something everyone goes through. Just curious on how much other people are loosing on average and what they are doing to keep it off!
